Queen’s University offers only double rooms (shared bathroom between the two private bedrooms) for $151 (taxes included). Before booking, please coordinate with a roommate who is also attending. Together, make one single reservation. If you are applying for student accommodation support, please indicate your choice of roommate in your application, and we will assign roommates. You may also choose to independently book one double room, with no roommate, paying the whole cost.
For those guests reserving and paying for themselves, you must book via this link in order to book within our room block. You will be asked for a credit card to hold the reservation, but will not be charged until Check-In. If you have questions about accommodations, please email Dr. Erin Meger
For those who would prefer to stay in a hotel, Queen’s University recommends the Marriott Kingston. There is no conference rate for this conference, so rates may vary.
