Accessibility

We are committed to making this conference accessible to all participants. What accommodations or supports would help you participate fully in this conference?

Conference sessions will take place in Walter Light Hall Rooms 210 and 212.

  • The main entrance has stairs; however, a step-free entrance is available and will be clearly indicated.
  • Seating in all rooms can be adjusted to accommodate mobility devices.
  • The building has two gendered washrooms close to the conference location.
    • Please note that unfortunately, because the conference is on the weekend, the accessible all-gender washroom will be inaccessible.
    • Please reach out to conference organizers (pink lanyards) for support with finding an alternative bathroom on a different floor of Goodwin Hall.
  • Classrooms are equipped with microphones for speakers. If you require additional hearing accommodations (e.g., captioning), please contact us.
  • A member of the School of Computing’s technical team will be available each morning to assist with any technical issues for accessibility.
  • A quiet space (coffee area with study rooms) will be available for participants who need a low-stimulation environment.
